What are the opening dates of the campsite?

The campsite is open from April 25 to September 19, 2026.
Fully equipped tents are available throughout this period.


🐶 Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome under the following conditions:

  • Vaccination record must be up to date
  • Pets must be kept on a leash
  • Pets must not be left alone in accommodations

🕒 What time can we arrive and depart for accommodations?

Arrivals: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Departures: before 10:00 am


🕒 What time can we arrive and depart for pitches?

Arrivals: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Departures: before 12:00 pm


🏡 What is included in the mobile-home rental?

Your rental includes:

  • Fully equipped mobile home
  • Access to campsite facilities (swimming pool, playground, entertainment depending on season)
  • Terrace with garden furniture
  • Parking for one vehicle next to the accommodation

Optional extras (bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, baby equipment, etc.) are available at an additional cost.


🛏️ Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen and towels are not included by default.
They can be rented in advance or brought by guests.


🧼 Is cleaning included?

The mobile home must be returned clean and tidy.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available and must be booked in advance.


❄️ Are the mobile homes air-conditioned?

Some models are equipped with air conditioning.
Please check the specific equipment of your accommodation.


📺 Is there a TV in the mobile homes?

Some models include a TV.

🍽️ Are the kitchens equipped?

Yes, all mobile homes and chalets feature:

  • Fridge with small freezer
  • Cooking hob
  • Microwave
  • Crockery and kitchen utensils
  • Filter coffee machine
  • BAHIA model includes a SENSEO coffee machine

Some models also include a dishwasher.


🚗 Can I park near the accommodation?

Yes, one vehicle per rental can park nearby or on the designated pitch.


Can I rent a fridge/freezer on a pitch?

Yes:

  • Advance booking required
  • Deposit: €50
  • Price: €6/day
  • Must be returned clean and in good condition
  • European adapter may be required

Are visitors allowed?

Yes, day visitors are allowed with authorization:

  • Registration at reception with ID
  • Fee: €3 low season / €5 high season
  • Pool access not permitted for visitors

Baby kit rental available?

Yes (advance booking required):

Gas plancha rental?

Yes – €5/day (advance booking recommended)

Environmental contribution?

Yes, €0.50 per person.

This contribution is intended to support the campsite’s environmental initiatives, such as waste management, water and energy saving, and the protection of local biodiversity.

Yes, the campsite is family-friendly and suitable for children:

  • Playground

  • Seasonal entertainment
  • Mini Club for children in high season: 6 times a week in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00 for 4 to 17 year olds.

🏊 Swimming pool

Open from May 10 to September 30
Hours: 10 am – 8 pm

Children must be supervised.
Swim shorts above the knee are allowed (pool use only).
Shower required before entering.

Yes, there is a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the valley.

Yes, there is a paddling pool with a panoramic view of the valley.


🏊 Are there any water games?

Yes, there is a small slide and a small water jet game in the paddling pool.


🏊 Is the swimming pool supervised?

The swimming pool is only accessible to campsite guests.
Children must be supervised by an adult.


Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool?

👉 Yes, swimming shorts above the knee are allowed in the pool only, provided they are used exclusively for this purpose.

⚠️ It is forbidden to:

use the same shorts for the river,
for games (beach volleyball, outdoor activities, walking, etc.),
or outside the pool area.
🚿 Showering is compulsory before entering the pool.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in access to the pool being prohibited, in accordance with the internal regulations.


💦– When is the pool open?

The campsite pool is open from 10 May to 30 September.

🕙 Opening hours: 10:00 to 20:00

To ensure your comfort and safety, the Management reserves the right to change the opening hours or temporarily close the pool, particularly for technical, hygiene or safety reasons.


📶 Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in the communal areas: restaurant, swimming pool/beach, games room.
The speed may vary depending on how busy it is and the number of users.


🛒 Are there any shops nearby?

  • On site: bread delivery and small grocery store with local products (depending on the season).
    A few minutes away: supermarket accessible by car or bicycle.

Local market: every Sunday morning in Daglan (tip: park in the cemetery car park).
Other services and shops in Daglan and the surrounding area:

  • Bakery
  • Bank/cash machine
  • Restaurants
  • Potter
  • Beekeeper / local honey
  • Gentle sports activities (yoga, Pilates, outdoor fitness depending on the season)
  • These options allow you to discover local life, regional products and wellness activities while enjoying your stay at the campsite.

The region around Camping La Peyrugue offers a wide range of activities for all tastes:

Castles: 10 minutes from Castelnaud, the Château des Milandes (Josephine Baker) and others in the region
Bastides and picturesque villages: Domme, Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Belves, Gourdon.

Canoeing: departures every Wednesday from the campsite or 10 minutes away by car

These activities allow you to fully enjoy the heritage, nature and gastronomy of the Périgord Noir during your stay.


 

💳 Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of €250 is required upon arrival (cheque or bank card imprint). It will be returned to you after the departure inventory has been carried out, provided that the accommodation is in good condition.
If no departure inventory is carried out, the deposit will be sent to you by post after your departure.


 

 

🔑 What should I do if I arrive late?

Please notify reception in advance.
Instructions for late arrival will then be provided.


🔑 What should I do if I leave early?

Check-out time for rentals is between 8:30 am and 10:00 am.
Please inform us in advance if you wish to leave the accommodation before 9:00 a.m.
In this case, a check will be carried out after your departure.
If any problems are found, you will be contacted by telephone or email, and the deposit may be retained in accordance with the rental conditions.
If you are leaving during the night, your vehicle must be parked in the car park located at reception.


🚗 Is there a charging station for electric vehicles?

👉 Yes! For your convenience, the campsite has a 22 kW double charging station for electric vehicles, which is located at the entrance to the campsite.
In order to ensure the safety of the facilities and fair management of electricity, it is not possible to charge your vehicle using the sockets in the rental accommodation or on the pitches.
Any unauthorised connection may result in a penalty of €40 per connection.


💳What are the payment terms?

The balance for your stay is payable in full 30 days before your arrival date.
Payment methods:
– By CB bank card,
– By bank transfer, quoting your customer number.
For all bookings made less than thirty days before your arrival, the full amount of your stay must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Please note: if payment is not received by the deadline, we will re-advertise your accommodation.


❓What do the prices include?

Our rates include access to the swimming pool, water and electricity consumption, as well as the necessary equipment for the number of people indicated in the rentals (with the exception of additional people).
In addition, 1 vehicle per pitch and access to free activities.
Please note that at the beginning and end of the season, some shops and activities may be closed (check with the campsite).



Is it possible to pay in instalments at no extra cost?

To make a booking with Vagues Océanes, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total price, including any insurance costs and booking fees, in a single payment.
However, you can pay the balance in instalments at no extra cost! The balance for your stay must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival date at the campsite.
Can we put an option on a stay?
If you call the campsite on 05.53.28.40.26, you can put an option on a stay, which will be valid for 7 days. After this period, if you have not confirmed the option, the rental will no longer be reserved for you.
Please note that if you wish to book a stay with a departure date less than 30 days away, you will not be able to place an option and full payment for the stay will be required.


Do you have accommodation for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, our campsite offers two rental properties accessible to people with reduced mobility, listed under the heading ‘Wellness Chalet’.


Do you have toilet facilities for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, our campsite has toilet facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility.


What is cancellation insurance?

The cancellation insurance fee is 4.10% of the net price of the accommodation.
In the event of cancellation before arrival, interruption of stay or delayed arrival, regardless of the cause (illness, accident or unforeseen event), the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the booking and no refund will be given.


Is it possible to book two rentals next to each other?

You can make your request by telephone or in the comments section when making your booking.
The campsite will do its utmost to meet your expectations.
