{"id":6528,"date":"2022-03-31T21:51:57","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T19:51:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.peyrugue.com\/grands-projets-pour-la-saison-2022\/"},"modified":"2022-04-06T08:39:51","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T06:39:51","slug":"major-eco-responsible-projects-for-the-2022-season","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peyrugue.com\/en\/major-eco-responsible-projects-for-the-2022-season\/","title":{"rendered":"Major projects for the 2022 season"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Once the campsite is closed, we will continue our work.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Connection to the sewage system in the Dordogne: Project October 2022\u00a0 <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">We have a lot of trenching to do for: electrical upgrades, water networks, guttering at the level of the first sanitary block, sanitation and above all for the future connection to the sewerage system.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">The connection to the sewage system: a big step towards environmentally friendly tourism!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">This is a major project that we are committed to in order to preserve the natural riches of the Dordogne that make its reputation, while promoting quality tourism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">We can&#8217;t wait for our campsite to be connected to the sewage system so that we can be counted among the environmentally friendly tourist accommodations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">There are many campsites in the Dordogne (around 210) but very few are connected to the sewerage system so it is an incredible opportunity for La Peyrugue and the C\u00e9ou Valley to be connected.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\"> Improving the environmental impact through eco-responsible actions<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">In spite of all the difficulties encountered to get the authorisation to connect to the sewerage system, namely: very long administrative delay (3 years), feasibility study, survey and high financial cost, we are happy to reach our goal soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">A rental property ideally located in the middle of nature<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Another big project this season was the renovation of chalet 10.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Total renovation of chalet 10<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">The walls, pipes, electricity and sheathing were moved. Painting and parquet flooring in all rooms. New fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new bathroom with large shower, cosy living room with new bench, air conditioning, a cocooning parental bedroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"alert alert--pink\"><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\"><strong>The little extras<\/strong>: Dishwasher, air conditioning, cosy bench seat, spacious shower room, 2 double beds. The chalet can accommodate two couples and a child or a family with three children.\u00a0The chalet is located on the heights of the campsite with a panoramic view of the castle of Peyruzel. We are looking forward to seeing all these new flowers grow!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Of course, we are always very vigilant for the selective sorting, follow the instructions of sorting on the panels or in your rented accommodation we have provided a booklet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">The pitches n\u00b024, the Karsten and Raclet tents have been levelled, stabilised and enlarged for your comfort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">And last but not least, the mystery work, which will only be revealed once it is in place! Mystery and gumdrops !!!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">The usual maintenance work<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">There is also the usual maintenance work, such as painting, pruning, leaves to be picked up, water leaks to be detected, furniture repairs&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">And then there are the new items for the campsite, such as the installation of a new water heater in the upper sanitary block, new wooden furniture in some of the chalets, new deckchairs for the swimming pool and a small table, a fixed hairdryer for the lower sanitary block and the g\u00eete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Attention for the regulars of the g\u00eete, in the master bedroom, we have installed a double bed 160*200 and the two single beds 90*200 are in the bedroom upstairs.
